Hi everyone! Our Riastore team offers you two ways to buy: direct or through an agent. The advantage of placing an order directly is that we will send the goods faster, reducing the arrival time. Another advantage is that if any question arises with the order, you can contact us directly, whereas when ordering through an agent, they become an intermediary in the dialogue between us and the client, and this delays the solution.
The procedure for ordering directly:
1. Send us a link to the product you like in WhatsApp / Telegram / Instagram / mail.
2. We inform you of the cost including delivery.
3. We send current payment details (PayPal, Wise, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Revolut, USDT). We confirm the payment.
4. We send QC photos within 2-5 days.
5. After approval, we send the parcel and send a tracking number for tracking the parcel.
Procedure when ordering through an agent:
1. Send us a link to the product you like in WhatsApp/Telegram/Instagram/mail.
2. We tell you the cost in yuan.
3. Then send the product you ordered to the warehouse of your agent.
Also, if some product is not in our catalogs, you can always send us a photo of the desired product, and we will find it for you.
